Management Team

Mr. Bal Narsingh Gharti, who has been in the banking industry for more than 25 years, heads the management team.

Mr. Gharti, who has facilitated more than 2,000 training sessions on Risk Management, AML/CFT, Credit Management, Sales and Marketing, etc. to the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Employees of Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs), is considered to be one of themost sought after Banking Trainers in Nepal.

Mr. Gharti, who has been providing consultancy services to the BFIs in furmulating policies, strategic plan, etc. regularly, has also facilitated trainings in Bangladesh and provided consultancies to the commercial bank of Bhutan.
